• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and penetrating existing customers and support product conversions.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment is available and optimally prepared.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Maintain equipment and assets; ensure materials are presentable and that services meet quality standards.
• Differentiate DPS products by providing customers with unique insights and value proposition.
