Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Sacramento, CA region. You will assist surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge, ensure the availability of equipment, and engage with hospitals to drive adoption of our joint reconstruction, trauma and robotics solutions.

Ideal candidates bring a relevant degree or certifications and 2+ years of related experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; related certifications accepted.
• Minimum 2 years professional/related experience or 4 years experience, or recent military transition.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel including weekends/overnights.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen.
• Efficient, organized, self-motivated, proactive.

Responsabilités

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting existing customers and new conversions.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge; demonstrate proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with teams to improve service levels; prepare sales reports.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets across the territory; ensure product availability and presentable promotional materials.
• Differentiate DPS products versus competition by providing customers with unique insights.
