Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant to support the assigned territory in the United States. You will identify surgeons and accounts, plan sales strategies, and drive product adoption across orthopaedics portfolios.

The role involves working directly with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital personnel, providing in-situ support during procedures and delivering education to improve patient outcomes while meeting business objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience plus relevant sales background.
• Experience in clinical sales or medical devices is preferred.
• Ability to travel and engage surgeons and OR staff.
• Military experience considered as relevant background.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and plan with surgeons and accounts to grow territory sales.
• Achieve sales goals using approved resources and product knowledge.
• Drive product sales and demonstrate use of instruments and solutions.
• Build relationships with key surgeons, OR staff and hospital personnel.
• Provide case coverage and on-site support during procedures.
• Educate customers to improve patient care and outcomes.
