Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Raleigh–Durham, NC territory. You will drive product sales, build strong surgeon relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet patient and system needs.

This field-based role requires the ability to travel, work across OR environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years in professional or related experience in MedTech or healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel; valid US driver’s license; relocation to territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and plan to identify surgeons and accounts; develop custom plans and selling strategies.
• Hit business plan objectives and quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales and ensure proper utilization within territory and accounts.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital buyers.
• Provide case support and education to surgeons during procedures.
• Promote new products and maintain balanced sales mix across products.
