Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Sales Associate to support the Portland metro area in MedTech sales. You will assist the DePuy Synthes sales team with existing customers and new conversions, guiding surgeons in the OR with product knowledge, and ensuring equipment availability for procedures.

The role emphasizes relationship building, territory management, and delivering clinical and economic value to health care systems. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related professional certification required.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales preferred.
• 4+ years in professional or related roles, or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge; present and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment availability and performance, including tray optimization.
