Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team is seeking a Sales Associate to support clinicians in the Jackson, MS territory. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, provide product knowledge, and help manage equipment and cases while developing relationships with hospitals and accounts.

The role emphasizes clinical and customer-support excellence, travel readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of orthopedic solutions across diverse procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and PO processes.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and account teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain equipment, assets and promotional materials in the assigned area.
