Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Associate to support clients in the Biloxi, MS/Gulfport, MS territory. You will work with DePuy Synthes products, assisting surgeons in the operating room and ensuring the proper equipment is ready for cases.

The role requires clinical product knowledge, the ability to travel, and strong interpersonal skills. This is a commission-based sales position within a leading orthopedic portfolio that drives clinical and economic value for healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required or equivalent professional experience.
• Medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) considered.
• 4+ years of professional or related sales experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer base.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Attend surgeries to ensure equipment is available and optimized for cases.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are current.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention by highlighting product value.
