Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics segment seeks a Sales Associate to support Sacramento, CA and surrounding areas. You will provide clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures, assist surgeons in the OR, and manage product knowledge across the portfolio.

Role focuses on building surgeon and account relationships, meeting sales goals, and traveling as needed. This is a 100% commission/incentive opportunity with a bi-weekly draw and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or medical certification plus 2 years of related experience, or 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel, including weekends/overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Maintain and deploy equipment, ensure product availability, and manage orders.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer accounts and relationships.
