Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team in Sacramento seeks a Sales Associate to support surgeons and hospitals in the territory. You will assist in in OR settings, ensure equipment readiness, and help deliver clinical and economic value through DePuy Synthes products.

The role emphasizes travel, strong communication, and collaboration within a sales and clinical team to drive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or medical certification plus work experience can qualify.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand penetration with existing customers and new clients.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and support.
• Troubleshoot and handle customer requests; manage hospital billing and PO creation.
• Share insights with teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and ensure materials are presentable.
