Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Sales Associate to support the DePuy Synthes orthopaedics territory. You will assist surgeons, demonstrate products, and ensure the right devices are available during procedures.

This role requires strong communication, willingness to travel, and capability to work in operating rooms; a relevant degree or certification plus experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.
• The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers; assist in product conversions with new customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge; present and demonstrate products for proper utilization.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability; optimize trays and provide OR consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and create/close purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams; prepare sales reports and documents.
• Maintain equipment, ensure material availability and uphold high quality standards.
