Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes in expanding penetration with existing customers and new accounts.
• Guide surgeons in operating rooms with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support hospitals with equipment readiness and procedural optimization.
• Troubleshoot technical requests and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Maintain relationships and share market insights with cross-functional teams.
