Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional/related experience or recent equivalent.
• Experience in medical device or orthopedics sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization with existing customers and new penetration in territory.
• Guide surgeons in operating room with clinical/product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural, and market insights with cross-functional teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain deployment of equipment/assets in territory and keep promotional materials current.
• Differentiate DePuy Synthes products by providing unique value insights to customers.
