Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate to support the DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics portfolio in the Waco, TX territory. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, ensure proper use of products, and help drive territory growth with clinical knowledge.

The role emphasizes strong communication, hospital experience, and the ability to travel. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales objectives and deliver value to surgeons and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; related experience considered.
• Associate degree or medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from active military duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in penetrating existing customers and attaining sales goals.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with product knowledge, demonstrations and proper use.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and optimizing equipment and trays.
• Troubleshoot, fulfill requests, manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with teams and prepare sales reports as required.
• Maintain equipment/deployment and ensure high quality promotional materials.
