Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division is seeking a Sales Associate to support in the Dayton, OH territory. You will guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge, assist in retaining customers, and ensure proper equipment is available during procedures.

The role targets DePuy Synthes products across joint reconstruction, trauma, and spine portfolios, with a focus on increasing market share and providing value to health care systems in the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• 2+ years professional experience or 4 years in related roles.
• Medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment and optimize trays.
