Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes seeks a Sales Associate to support the Wichita, KS territory in MedTech sales. You will assist in surgeries, provide product knowledge, and ensure equipment availability while maintaining strong surgeon relationships.

This role requires travel, work in a lab/OR environment, and proactive customer service to help achieve sales goals. A bachelor’s or related certification and prior clinical/medical device experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent medical certification.
• Experience in clinical sales or medical devices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment and travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in maintaining and penetrating existing customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support customers in surgeries, ensuring equipment availability and optimal tray setup.
• Troubleshoot, handle requests, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales and clinical teams and prepare sales reports.
