Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate to support in the Palm Springs, CA territory. You will engage surgeons with DePuy Synthes products, provide clinical and technical support, and help drive case coverage and customer satisfaction.

As part of the Orthopaedics portfolio, you’ll collaborate with hospital teams, manage account relationships, assist in surgeries, and contribute to sales objectives across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; alternative medical certification accepted.
• 2+ years professional or related experience or 4+ years in related field.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the territory; valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization with existing customers and new conversions.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Provide OR support and ensure proper equipment availability during procedures.
• Handle orders, billing, and customer requests; share market insights with teams.
• Maintain equipment and materials; meet quality standards for portfolio offerings.
