Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to develop territory plans and drive revenue for trauma products while providing clinical support in procedures, including urgent cases.

You will build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, ED personnel, and hospital decision-makers, manage inventory, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities. The role is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits, with travel about 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives for Stryker Trauma products.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases that occur during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, emergency department personnel, and healthcare decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Manage multiple competing priorities across scheduled cases, emergency procedures, inventory requirements, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support customer adoption and appropriate product utilization.
• Maintain inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets to ensure product availability and operational readiness for case support.
• Analyze account activity, competitive trends, and territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and support business objectives.
• Document sales activities, customer interactions, inventory transactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
