Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of selling products, marketing strategy, and demonstrations.
• Excellent organizational skills; proficient with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willing to travel roughly 30%.
• Must comply with AdvaMed and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as the resident trauma expert and provide product training.
