Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to engage surgeons and healthcare professionals with our trauma products. You will become the resident trauma expert, working under high pressure to provide immediate, practical solutions during operating and emergency room consultations.

The role requires comfort in operating rooms, a strong sales background, and willingness to travel. You will maintain product knowledge and inventory while contributing to training and customer support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals is beneficial.
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to participate in meetings outside regular business hours, as required.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert for a sophisticated audience.
• Organize materials and provide solutions quickly during operating/emergency room consultations.
• Provide product knowledge and training on tools used to save lives.
• Maintain inventory and be prepared to assist customers as needed.
