Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Trauma Sales Representative to drive growth in trauma products across hospitals and surgical centers. You will operate with high intensity, acting as the resident trauma expert for surgeons and healthcare teams while managing inventory and delivering product demonstrations.

You will work in a high-demand, life-saving setting with travel expectations and a 100% commission structure plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role
• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office, databases)
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
• Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
• Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) and protect confidential information

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Serve as the resident trauma expert and training resource for customers
• Maintain inventory and prepare for operating room consultations
• Build credibility with surgeons through product knowledge and demonstrations
• Support customers while ensuring ethical and compliant conduct
