Job summary

The Village Network is seeking a Program Supervisor at the Wooster campus to lead direct care staff, supervise daily operations, and support trauma-informed care for youth and families. You will partner with clinical teams to implement behavior management, safety protocols, and treatment plans while ensuring compliance with DCY standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology (or related field), 3+ years of relevant experience, and at least 2 years of supervisory

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with adolescents.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides formal supervision of direct care staff and conducts yearly training.
• Coordinates outpatient groups and ensures proper coverage; completes accompanying paperwork.
• Supports treatment plans and assists Clinical Therapist with interventions.
• Handles extensive on-call responsibilities and staff shortages.
• Creates weekly staffing schedules and manages time off requests; inspects facilities for licensing and safety.
• Involves youth discipline and crisis intervention as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
