Job summary

The Village Network is seeking a Residential Assistant Program Supervisor (Behavioral Management Specialist III) in Bethesda, OH. You will provide direct care, supervise clients, and collaborate with the treatment team to implement plans based on trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities include engaging with families, supporting education, and ensuring safety across shifts. A related degree or equivalent experience is required, with strong MS Office skills and a drive to promote youth

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience.
• Able to work with a diverse population and maintain professionalism.
• Proficient with computer use and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and clinical support aligned with The Village Network's mission.
• Supervise all clients during assigned shifts and ensure safety.
• Engage with families as defined in the service plan and collaborate with teams.
• Participate in staff and treatment team meetings to coordinate care.
• Support youth education and transportation as needed.
