Job summary

The Village Network is seeking a Youth Clinical Supervisor at the Wooster campus to provide clinical supervision for IHBT teams and coordinate intensive home-based services for youth and families. You will oversee case management, intake referrals, and treatment planning while ensuring fidelity to the IHBT model.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and LISW/LPCC supervisory designation, plus a valid Ohio driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
• LISW or LPCC licensure with supervisory designation.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• Crisis management and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support for IHBT teams.
• Assist with intake, referrals, and placement of youth.
• Review and approve Individual Service Plans and updates.
• Deliver Intensive Home-Based Services including crisis counseling as needed.
• Maintain on-call coverage for crisis response, weekends and holidays.
• Document progress notes, ISPs, and related paperwork; coordinate case management.
• Support staff in treatment planning and ensure fidelity to IHBT model.
