Job summary

The Village Network in Wooster, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for residential treatment roles. You will provide medical care to youth, manage medications, and ensure accurate health records in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.

The position is full-time, daytime shift, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including generous PTO and retirement contributions.

Qualifications

• RN license is required to practice as a nurse.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with adolescent populations and psychiatric medicine is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to youth and perform medical compliant activities aligned with the organization's mission.
• Manage medications: acquisition, distribution, administration, and follow-up.
• Develop training to ensure regional awareness of medical needs and compliance with regulations.
• Attend team meetings, perform health assessments for behavioral therapy plans, and maintain medical records.
