Job summary

SSTAR’s Fall River Women’s Center is seeking a Victim Services Case Manager to provide trauma-informed casemanagement, advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource coordination to adult victims and survivors of crime.

The role partners with survivors across medical, behavioral health, housing, legal and financial services, to support safety, stability and recovery, with services offered in office, community and healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Counseling, or related field required.
• One year of experience providing case management, victim advocacy, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related human services preferred.
• Experience working with survivors of trauma, domestic violence.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed casemanagement, advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource coordination for adult victims and survivors of crime.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact to reduce barriers to care and advocate across medical, legal, housing, and social service systems.
• Coordinate referrals to housing, healthcare, legal, benefits, and community resources and document progress.
