Springboard Community Services, Inc. is seeking a VIP Case Manager to support the Violence Intervention Program in Carroll and Howard Counties. You will complete intakes, document sessions, and report numbers to referring agencies while assisting with billing and community outreach.

This role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered care and close collaboration with partners and team members to ensure services are accessible and responsive to client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mental health or social work required.
• Experience with domestic violence, group therapy, and working with adverse populations preferred.
• Certification in Abuse Intervention treatment preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned monthly intakes to evaluate new participants for the Violence Intervention Program groups.
• Oversee 3-4 assigned 90-minute groups weekly.
• Complete and maintain notes within 48 hours.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for referring agencies.
• Complete 5-10 audits monthly as assigned.
• Maintain up-to-date reporting information.
• Participate in outreach to connect clients with services.
• Attend VIP team meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain relationships with partnering agencies.
• Document in the confidential EHR system.
• Participate in supervision sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
