Job summary

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed, participant-centered advocacy and case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around case management and supportive services to DV/SA/ST survivors.
• Conduct intakes, screenings, assessments, and eligibility determinations.
• Develop individualized case plans with goals and safety plans.
• Connect participants with housing, healthcare, benefits, employment, and legal services.
• Maintain confidential records and ensure program compliance.
• Collaborate with shelter operations, staff, and community partners.
