Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services required.
  • Two years of case management experience preferred.
  • Sensitivity to domestic violence and DEI issues.
  • Ability to write and record case documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes and assess needs of survivors with a client-centered approach.
  • Deliver services including safety planning, advocacy, crisis intervention, court/LAW enforcement accompaniment.
  • Provide information/referrals to legal, social, mental health services.
  • Build relationships with social services, legal services, and law enforcement.
  • Participate in local domestic violence committees and coalitions.
  • Maintain digital records and submit monthly reports.
  • Community outreach and education about services available.
  • Attend trainings, supervision, and staff meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
