Job summary

BCFS Health and Human Services seeks an advocate to deliver trauma-informed case management, mentoring, and advocacy for at-risk youth and families. The role requires navigating crisis situations with sound professional judgment and adherence to program standards.

You will work to ensure safety, coordinate services, and support families while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and policies. Evening and weekend hours may be required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of case management and/or crisis intervention experience.
• Experience with victims of human trafficking, child abuse, or youth homelessness/addiction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management and advocacy in crisis situations.
• Maintain compliance with program, state, and federal standards.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation for assigned caseload.
