BCFS Health and Human Services is seeking an Advocate in McAllen, TX to deliver trauma-informed advocacy and case management to survivors. You will respond to crises, plan safety, document progress, and coordinate services with partners, often traveling regionally with an on-call requirement.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and bring 2–3 years of crisis experience. Flexibility for after-hours coverage and travel is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of case management and/or crisis intervention experience.
• Provide trauma-informed advocacy and crisis response per standards.
• Willingness to travel regionally and respond to after-hours crises.
