Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology or closely related field.
• 2–3 years of personal or professional experience with victims of human trafficking, victims of child abuse and neglect, or youth experiencing homelessness and/or addiction; case management or crisis intervention experience is required.
• Must be able to perform trauma-informed, child-focused safety planning and risk assessment in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management, mentoring, and advocacy services to the service population in crisis situations.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines and program requirements.
• Document progress toward risk reduction and service goals, and ensure timely record-keeping and reporting.
