Responsibilities

• Lead a structured, trauma-informed classroom supporting students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Deliver instruction aligned to SOLs and IEP goals, differentiating to meet diverse needs.
• Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and routines; monitor progress with data.
• Provide case management for assigned students and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with families, LEA staff, and service providers to support student success.
• Maintain required documentation: attendance, progress reports, and compliance records.
