Job summary

Birmingham Cross Cultural Connections (CCC) is a faith-based nonprofit serving refugees and immigrants in Alabama. We seek a dedicated Resettlement Services Coordinator to manage PIR/CSH grant-funded programs, ensure contractual compliance, and deliver coordinated refugee services with quality reporting.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered support and collaboration with staff and volunteers to help clients settle within 90 days and build self-sufficient lives.

Qualifications

• A college degree OR at least three years of experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Social Work degree or experience preferred.
• Experience working with refugees, migrants or immigrants preferred.
• Experience providing supportive and administrative duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to clients, ensuring PIR/CSH requirements are met during the first 90 days.
• Assist with apartment setup before PIR/CSH clients arrive, ensuring all material needs and furnishings are provided.
• Pick up clients from the airport upon arrival and deliver to housing when necessary.
• Complete next day, 30 day, 60 day and 90 day visits with PIR/CSH clients.
• Ensures appropriate documentation and reporting of services.
• Coordinates with other staff and volunteers to provide the best service to refugee clients during their 90 days.
• Other duties as assigned.
