Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Case Management Specialist to provide trauma-informed services to refugees and other qualified immigrants, supporting a positive resettlement experience and client self-sufficiency under PIR. The role emphasizes coordination of services, goal-setting, and collaboration with partners to connect clients with housing, benefits, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; preferred.
• Experience working with refugee/immigrant populations strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, and networking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely pre- and post-arrival services to ensure essentials like housing and medical care.
• Develop individualized self-sufficiency plans and SMART goals with clients.
• Input client information into IRC’s case documentation database, ETO, and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to connect clients with services.
