CATHOLIC COUNCIL FOR SOCIAL CONCERNS INC is seeking a Case Manager to support newly arrived refugee clients through PIR and CRC programs. You will help clients access housing, healthcare, benefits, and education, while transporting clients as needed and coordinating with Case Aide and volunteers.

The role requires documenting services, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on cultural and linguistic responsiveness.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with crisis intervention and serving underserved or LEP communities preferred.
• Ability to communicate with clients through interpreters and in writing and speech.

Mansioni

• Welcome newly arriving clients and coordinate housing and leases with landlords and CRC staff.
• Travel across Des Moines metro area to assist clients and meet needs.
• Complete reports for funders and maintain case files and notes.
• Coordinate with partners to deliver timely, culturally appropriate services.
• Assist clients with social services enrollment, health screenings, and school enrollment.
