Job summary

The Caseworker at International Rescue Committee (IRC) provides trauma-informed case management services to refugees and ORR-eligible immigrants, helping them integrate successfully. You will perform intake assessments, develop individualized self-sufficiency plans, and coordinate with partners to connect clients with financial, medical, and social resources.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, tracking progress, and collaborating with a team to ensure high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree Social Work or similar preferred; comparable related work experience may be substituted.
• 2+ years of case management experience in a social services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services to enrolled clients.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop self-sufficiency plans with clients.
• Assist with referrals, advocacy, and service coordination across providers.
• Document client interactions and maintain data in system databases.
• Collaborate with coworkers and partner organizations to support clients.
