Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is hiring a Case Management Specialist to provide trauma-informed services to refugees and immigrants in Spokane. This role is vital in helping clients during their resettlement journey, ensuring access to housing, medical care, and support services.

The Case Management Specialist will work across multiple programs, providing tailored assistance to meet unique client needs, developing self-sufficiency plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services across two funding streams.
• Coordinate timely pre- and post-arrival services for clients.
• Develop individualized self-sufficiency plans and SMART goals.
• Assess and monitor client progress to support their goals.
