Sun Behavioral Columbus is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership for the Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) program. The role ensures family-centered, trauma-informed services for children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance, and supports staff development and program fidelity to the Ohio IHBT model.

Qualifications

• Three years of behavioral health treatment experience.
• One to three years of managerial experience.
• CPR and de-escalation technique certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide scheduled individual and group clinical supervision for IHBT staff, with weekly group sessions.
• Ensure 24/7 clinical supervision coverage and back-up supervision for intern caseloads.
• Lead clinical case reviews, care planning discussions, and staff training.
• Review assessments, service plans, safety plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation for quality and timeliness.
• Provide guidance on admission, crisis response, transition, and discharge decisions.
• Coach staff in trauma-informed, family-centered, culturally responsive approaches.
• Ensure practices comply with Ohio regulations, Medicaid, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, competency validation, and performance management.
• Coordinate with emergency services, hospitals, law enforcement, child welfare, and partners as needed.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready clinical documentation and support quality initiatives.
