Qualifications

• Experience in human services or housing support programs.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong math and computer skills; data entry for a housing data system.
• Ability to collaborate with other agencies, police, and town/city personnel.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including ages 18-25, elders, and people experiencing homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing and intake activities for the supportive housing program.
• Supervise staff and provide crisis intervention support.
• Maintain accurate records and support case management.
• Collaborate with program and management teams to ensure safe, productive operations.
• Travel within Northern Berkshire and Pittsfield as needed.
