You will ensure optimal coverage by scheduling staff and coordinating service plans, while upholding health, safety, and well-being standards for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services, or equivalent.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is required.
• Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the program.
• Develop and monitor the program schedule.
• Coordinate with the team to facilitate activities, service plans and support staff with medical and medication protocols.
• Provide goal-oriented supervision to Counselors; facilitate weekly staff meetings.
