Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting individuals experiencing housing instability, behavioral health challenges, substance use concerns, or other complex social service needs.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based and person-centered service models, including harm reduction, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed practices, and housing-focused interventions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of case management professionals providing housing stabilization and supportive services to individuals and families transitioning to stable housing.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices.
• Support staff development through coaching, training, performance support, and regular supervision.
• Monitor program operations, documentation, and service quality to ensure compliance with organizational and funding requirements.
• Develop and improve workflows, processes, and systems that enhance service effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external community partners to strengthen service coordination and resource access.
• Review client service plans, case documentation, and program metrics to promote quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Assist with program implementation, policy adherence, and operational planning.
