YWCA Greater Cincinnati is seeking a Housing Case Manager to deliver direct services to adult survivors of domestic violence within housing programs. You will develop individualized plans, coordinate with landlords for supportive housing, and manage HUD-related paperwork while ensuring confidentiality and safety planning for residents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, crisis intervention experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in human services, women’s advocacy, trauma informed care and crisis intervention.
• Understanding of HUD housing programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develops and implements an individual case plan with each resident and completes HUD paperwork.
• Provides information, options and referrals for housing program participants related to legal, medical, counseling, housing, education and employment opportunities.
• Maintains client data and documentation per YWCA policies and procedures.
