YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee is seeking a dedicated counselor and case manager to support domestic violence survivors through the Domestic Violence Services program in Nashville. You will provide individual and group counseling, advocate for clients, and coordinate resources within the agency and in the community.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, 1–3 years of case management experience, and the ability to travel for community outreach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• 1–3 years of case management experience preferred, or 3–5 years in a related field.
• Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual and group counseling for DV survivors.
• Identify barriers and refer clients to in-house and community resources.
• Develop and monitor case plans with residents and clients.
• Maintain confidential records and report outcomes to the Program Manager.
• Conduct community outreach and educate on DV services.
