Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field, or 2+ years in housing services/case management.
• Preferred licensure (LSW, LPC, CDCA) or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of HUD housing programs, CoC requirements, and community resources.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, or trafficking.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Ability to pass required background checks (BCI/FBI).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma-informed rapid rehousing and transitional housing with CoC partners.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide ongoing case management for housing stability.
• Develop individualized housing stability plans with clients and connect to resources.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and community partners.
• Maintain confidential records per HUD/CoC requirements.
• Adhere to Service Ex Excellence standards and agency policies.
