Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate minimum of 2 weekly groups of 10-15 participants.
• Conduct interviews to assess risk to self or others.
• Engage participants in orientation and treatment processes under clinical supervision.
• Document needs and refer to Case Manager for placement in services.
• Attend weekly conferences and staff meetings.
