Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• Three years of experience working with the homeless population.
• Demonstrated sensitivity and experience with homeless families and diverse populations.
• Familiarity with DHS regulations and DHS Cares Reporting.
• Clinical experience to include psychosocial assessments and developing individual living plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate clients referred by NYC Department of Homeless Services.
• Develop ILPs for families and provide therapeutic support.
• Provide clinical supervision to Case Managers.
• Coordinate mental health referrals and care.
• Attend trainings and consortium meetings.
