Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes and biopsychosocial assessments for residents.
  • Provide trauma-informed counseling and crisis intervention.
  • Develop individualized service plans and coordinate referrals.
  • Support housing stability and tenancy through advocacy and education.
  • Maintain documentation in CAPS/HMIS and participate in audits.
  • Collaborate with housing specialists, clinicians, and partners.
