• Oversee non-residential case management and staff supervision.
• Monitor budget performance and track budget-to-actuals.
• Ensure data collection, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Collaborate with partners and URI divisions to advance the mission.
