Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED/HSE, or some college preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and database entry skills.
  • Strong assessment and engagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Abusive Partner Intervention groups using evidence-based curricula.
  • Perform general case management duties, including weekly individual sessions, referrals, and treatment plans.
  • Assist clients in identifying and prioritizing needs.
  • Provide referrals to address concrete needs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the agency database.
  • Contribute to court reports with timely information.
  • Monitor attendance and mandate compliance.
  • Conduct toxicology screenings as needed.
  • Participate in case conferences and trainings.
  • Attend meetings and trainings; engage in chart audits.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
