BCFS Health and Human Services in Texas seeks an Advocate to provide trauma-informed, relational advocacy and case management for survivors of trafficking, abuse, and homelessness. You will conduct crisis response, safety planning, documentation, and coordination of ongoing services in line with program standards.

The role requires after-hours and weekend coverage, frequent regional travel, and reliable personal transportation.

Qualificações

• Trauma-informed approach to working with survivors.
• 2–3 years of case management or crisis intervention experience.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide trauma-informed advocacy and crisis response to survivors.
• Develop safety plans and document case progress.
• Coordinate ongoing services meeting program, state, and federal standards.
• Attend weekly case staffing and engage with community partners.
